IMPORTANT OBJECTIVE in this problem is find the one-person rate.

If three people do a job in 4 hours, then ONE person alone will need 3 times more time. Each person's rate is simply added when the number of people are working at the same time.
CAN you use that idea and solve this problem on your own? It is just a uniform rates problem and you simply would use R*T=j where R is jobs per hour, T is time in hours, and j is how much or how many jobs. "The job", would typically be 1.
