Question 84293: B varies inversely as the square root of c. If b = 1 when c = 16, find b when c = 6.
I am really confused on this one. I don't know where to start and what steps to take. I'd like to see the steps and the answer please.I asked this question once and received an answer, which I really appricaite the time they took to write the steps out. However, they ended with an answer of c=4/9, and I think I needed to find b when c=6, I'm not sure if mabye they miss wrote the answer and it was ment to say b=4/9. If someone could tell me if that is the correct answer or what the correct answer is I'd realyl aprrciate it, thank you!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
B varies inversely as the square root of c.
b = k%2Fsqrt%28c%29
If b = 1 when c = 16, find k:
1 = k%2Fsqrt%2816%29
1 = k%2F4
k = 4
:
find b when c = 6.
b = 4%2F%28sqrt%286%29%29
