You can put this solution on YOUR website!
It is a triangle with (6x-58)degrees and (2x+4)degrees as interior angles, and 5 x as an exterior angle.
:
Convert the exterior angle to an interior angle
(180 - 5x)
:
The three interior angle add up 180 degrees
(6x+58) + (2x+4) + (180-5x) = 180
Combine like terms
6x + 2x - 5x - 58 + 4 + 180 = 180
3x + 126 = 180
3x = 180 - 126
3x = 54
x = 54/3
x = 18
:
You can check this for yourself; find the actual value of each angle and see
if they add up 180.
