You can put this solution on YOUR website!
b is inversely proportional to 1%2Fsqrt%28c%29
b = x%2Fsqrt%28c%29
b = 1 when c = 16 - Solve for x
1 = x%2Fsqrt%2816%29
1 = x%2F4
x = 4

b = x%2Fsqrt%28c%29
Solve for c = 6

b = 4%2Fsqrt%286%29
