2x-y>4
2x-4>y
so y<2x-4
to graph this pick a few points, the easiest is to pick x=0 and x=1
so if x=0, plug it in the equation, then y=-4
and if x=1 then y=-2 now graph this on the plane

so since y is less than that then your solution lies below that line, not including the line, so part of quadrants I, III, and IV
