( revolutions / minute ) x ( minutes ) = revolutions

+690+%2B+30%2F4+=+690+%2B+15%2F2+
+15%2F2+=+7+%2B+1%2F2+
+690+%2B+7+%2B+1%2F23+=+697+%2B+1%2F2+
The wheel makes 697 1/2 revolutions in 30 min
