the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line is y+=+green%28m%29x+%2B+b

7y+9x+5=6+9x   |Solving for y to put into slope-intercept form

 7y + 5 = 6

  7y = 1

   y = 1%2F7  |y+=+green%28m%29x+%2B+b

Slope is 0  (line parallel to x-axis)

The y-intercept is (0,1/7)
