Hi,
the length of a rectangle is 7 meters shorter than twice the width highlight_green%28x%29. length is highlight_green%282x-7%29.
the perimeter is 64 meters.

2x + 2(2x-7) = 64m ****
6x = 78m
x = 13m, the width. The length is 19m
CHECKING our answer***
2*13m + 2*19m = 26m + 38m = 64m
