In general log%28a%2C+%28p%29%29=n is equivalent to p+=+a%5En. The hardest part of these problems is just knowing that ln is a log and that its base is "e".

So ln(x+4)=8 becomes x%2B4=e%5E8 and ln(x-6)=5 becomes x-6+=+e%5E5
