To divide polynomials, simply divide them as you would divide numbers, but keep in mind you are now dealing with variables. For instance, when you are dividing -15x%5E3%2F3x you will get -5x%5E2 since -15%2F3=-5 and x%5E3%2Fx=x%5E%283-1%29=x%5E2. You will do this for every division operation.

So the answer is

-5x%5E2%2B3x-5%2B19%2F%283x-4%29

which is in remainder format

-5x%5E2%2B3x-5 remainder 19
