The odds against O-92 does not exist.

That's because in Bingo: 

The 'B' column contains only  1 through 15.
The 'I' column contains only 16 through 30. 
The 'N' column contains only 31 through 45.
The 'G' column contains only 46 through 60.
The 'O' column contains only 61 through 75.

So there is no "O-92" in Bingo.
