Find the measures of the angles of the triangle

Use the right triangle formed by half the base and the altitude
Find one of the equal angles using it's tangent
tan(A) = 4%2F1.5
A & B = 69.444 degrees
Find the 3rd angle
C = 180 - 2(69.444) = 41.112 degrees
