2%2A3%2F96=4%2A6%2Fc where c is the count of tiles.
c%2F24=96%2F6
c=24*96/6
c=4*96

if 6sq.ft needs 96 tiles, how many tiles are needed for 24sq.ft?
(24*96)/6 = 384 tile
