x-1/5 may be greater than or equal to zero; or it maybe less than zero. Analyze both conditions and solve each separately.

x-1%2F5%3E=0, then abs%28x-1%2F5%29=x-1%2F5;

x-1%2F5%3C0, then abs%28x-1%2F5%29=-%28x-1%2F5%29.

Work through each of those, accordingly.
