Multiply eq. 1 by 3 and subtract from eq. 2,
3y-3y=3%282x-1%29-%286x-5%29
0=6x-3-6x%2B5
0=2
Well this is not true so these equations are inconsistent which means the lines are parallel. There is no solution (they never intersect).
