You can put this solution on YOUR website! ___________speed_____________time_____________distance
Fast_______r+120______________t________________285
Slow________r_________________t________________255
R*T=D Rate Time Distance.
Fast plane has equation for t,
Slow plane has equation for t,
t is the same for BOTH equations, and therefore we equate the two expressions for t.
