This appears to be problem of simple interest,
not compound interest, so I will assume that
Let +x+ = the amount invested @ 2.5% interest
+2x+ is the amount invested @ 4% interest

given:

+.105x+=+1050+
+x+=+10000+
and
+2x+=+20000+
$10.000 is invested @ 2.5% interest
$20,000 is invested @ 4% interest
