You can put this solution on YOUR website! Try a couple of 30-to-40-year old books at the level you want. Most of them are as good as any class or lesson notes. You want a book which has well-worked example problems in every section, and you want illustrations which use few if any color. You also want a book which does not include too much unrelated information. Very important, also is that you want a book that includes many applications or application exercises.
