It is a dumb idea to use x as the only variable. better to use q and d
I will do it the sensible way and then the dumb way
d+q=32,
25q+10d=755
d = 3, q = 29
d=32-q
25q+10 (32-q) =755
change to only x
let x=q
25x+10 (32-x) =755
25x+320-10q=755
15x=435
x=29
since we have only x we can't say how many dimes there are using a variable. Very dumb idea.
32-29=3
dimes = 3
