You can put this solution on YOUR website!
h(x)= 4/5x+2
using substitution,
h(x) = y = 4/5x+2
let y = a random number so you can find the x position of the line at that y point, (0 is the easiest to deal with). By getting two points on a graph you are able to identify the angle of the line and it's position.
the two easiest points to find are the intercepts (where there are any)
therefore we use the point where y=0 (x,0) and the point where x=0 (0,y)
when y = 0
x = -10/4
when x = 0
y = 2
so it goes through the point (-10/4,0) and (0,2)
to see what that looks like you can use
