What are the choices that will equal 3? {0,3} {3,0} {2,1} or {1,2}
There are only 4 choices - 30, 03, 21, 12
.
"7 times a two digit number is equal to 4 times a number formed by reversing the digit." (I'm assuming that was supposed to be REVERSING)
The easiest way is to plug the possible numbers in.
