With a discussion grade of 98 weighted as 35% (meaning 35%2F100=0.35 of the total grade,
and a grade of 92 for the research papers weighted as 40% (meaning 40%2F100=0.4 of the total grade,
your current weighted average, with the 35% + 40% = 75% of the total work is,
calculated, considering that only 75%2F100=0.75=3%2F4 of the race is done, as

That was rounded up to 95.
If your calculated final grade was 92.50 or more, I would assume it would be rounded up to 93 as well.
On the other hand, I suspect that an average of 92.49 would be rounded down to 92.
Let's call the grade for the final paper x .
Counting the contribution of that grade as 25% (meaning 25/100=0.25}}} of the total grade, that x would add 0.25x to the weighted sum of grades.
In the calculation for the final grade that sum does not need to be divided for the fraction of the grades already in, because all the grades would be in by that point.
Then tour final grade would be
0.35%2A98%2B0.4%2A92%2B0.25x=71.1%2B0.25x
For a result of 92.50, we get the equation
71.1%2B0.25x=92.5

Solving:
71.1%2B0.25x=92.5
0.25x=92.5-71.1
0.25x=21.4

I would say you need an highlight%28%2286+%25%22%29 in your final paper to get an A as a final grade.

NOTE:
Because I do not know the fine details of how they calculate and report grades, I would feel more comfortable with an highlight%28%2287+%25%22%29 on the final paper.
I do not know if they ever consider the decimal part in the the grades for each item.
They probably just grade each item as an integer number, and round every grade to an integer, but if fractional parts are involved, the final grade could vary a little.
For example, if there were 4 research papers, the 92% average for them could have been rounded up from a 91.5 average of the 4 grades.
Then, if they used that 91.5 in the final weighted average, it would bring down the final grade and an 86 in the final paper would mean
0.35%2A98%2B0.4%2A91.5%2B0.25%2A86=34.3%2B36.6%2B21.5=92.4 and that could be rounded down to a final 92, which would be a B.
