You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let b = Bob's age now
Let p = Phil's age now
-----------------------
(1) +b+=+p+%2B+10+
(2) +p+%2B+15+=+%284%2F5%29%2A%28+b+%2B+15+%29+
------------------------------
(1) +b+-+p+=+10+
and
(2) +5p+%2B+75+=+4b+%2B+60+
(2) +4b+-+5p+=+15+
Multiply both sides of (1) by 4
and subtract (2) from (1)
(1) +4b+-+4p+=+40+
(2) +-4b+%2B+5p+=+-15+
+p+=+25+
and, since
(1) +b+=+p+%2B+10+
(1) +b+=+25+%2B+10+
(1) +b+=+35+
Bob is 35 and Phil is 25
check:
(2) +p+%2B+15+=+%284%2F5%29%2A%28+b+%2B+15+%29+
(2) +25+%2B+15+=+%284%2F5%29%2A%28+35+%2B+15+%29+
(2) +40+=+%284%2F5%29%2A50+
(2) +200+=+200+
OK
