You can put this solution on YOUR website! Impossible to determine without knowing how many points each is worth.
If you have a 98 and it is worth the same amount as your test, then add 98 and 39 together, and then divide by 2.
98+39 = 137
137/2 = 68.5
.
However, if the 98 carries a different weight, then you'll average it differently. Can you give us more information?

Let's say that your 98 average is based on 200 points and your test score is based on 100 points.
In that case, you would work it this way:
[(98*point value) + (39*point value)] / total point value
.
[(98*200)] + [(39*100)] / 300
19600 + 3900 / 300
23500 / 300
=78.33
