One technique is to multiply each side by a number
that will remove the fractions.
Since the denominators are 2, 3 and 15, 30 will
work.

multiply each side by 30
15%281%2B2x%29%2B10%284-x%29=2
expand
15 + 30x + 40 -10x = 2
55 + 20x = 2
subtract 55 from each side
20x = -53
