Since the ratio for male/female is 2/3 , the ratio of male/(male+female)
is 2/(2+3) = 2/5.
(2/5)*6090 is the number of males
12180/5 = 2436
(3/5)6090 is the number of females
18270/5 = 3654
checking 2436 + 3654 = 6090
2436/3654 =2/3
