Question 82774: i need help figuring out and making sense of this problem. i have to facter it completely it says.
x^4-(3/2)x^3-(91/16)x^2+(51/16)x+(9/8)
i have enough problems factoring polynimials to the fourth degree but i just cant get this one!! Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! i have to facter it completely it says.
x^4-(3/2)x^3-(91/16)x^2+(51/16)x+(9/8)
----------------------
Graphing it I find zeroes at x=-2,x=-1/4,x=3/4, and x=3
-----------
Factors are (x+2)(4x+1)(4x-3)(x-3)
