For x%3C%3E-3 , x%2B3%3C%3E0 and we can simplify:

For x=-3 the expression %28x%5E2%2B6x%2B9%29%2F%28x%5E2-9%29 is undefined because x%5E2-9=0 and we cannot divide by zero.
For x=3 the original expression, and the simplified expression are undefined because x%5E2-9=0 and x-3=0 .
