2(X-1)(X-2)

4x%5E2-6x%2B2=0

You can start by factoring out the common factor of 2:
2%282x%5E2-3x%2B1%29=0

This trinomial just happens to factor:
2%282x-1%29%28x-1%29+=+0
There are two solutions:
2x-1=0
2x=1
x=1%2F2

x-1=0
x=1
