You can put this solution on YOUR website! the radius of the garden is 20 yds
the outer path has a radius of 25 yds
g =pi *20^2,
o =pi *25^2,
p=o-g,
b=p/7
b=100.98,   g=1256.6,   o=1963.5,   p=706.86
101 bags

If you meant that one bag of sand covers 7 SQUARE YARDS, then bags of sand needed is: , or 224.3995 ≈
You can do the check!!
 x +  y = 13 ----- eq (i)
2x + 3y = 13 ----- eq (ii)
