You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
Evaluate (a^4)^-3 when a=(2/3)^1/6
------
(a^4)^-3 = a^-12
-----
So, a^-12 = [(2/3)^(1/6)]^-12
= (2/3)^(1/6 * -12)
= (2/3)^-2
= (3/2)^2
= 4/9
