MIDPOINT FORMULA!

You know one endpoint, and you the midpoint, but you do not know the other end point. Call it (x, y).

-2=%28x%2B2%29%2F2 and 9=%28y%2B8%29%2F2
Notice that the midpoints are the average of the coordinate.
