I just need a 65%, and my schools grading system is 43% Quarter 1, 43% Quarter 2, and 14% for my final exam. I just need to get my semester grade up 4%. what do I need to get on my exam to get that?

There are two big problems.
You really screwed up the first quarter which counts a lot and the final doesn't count much. So it won't help raise your average much.
.43*50+.43*72+.14*x=65
To get a 65 average you need 89.5714 on the final
.14x=4
x=4/.14
x=28.57
To increase by 4 points on the final, you have to improve by 28.57 on the final.
