y=-5x+3-------(2)
plugging the value of y from equation(2) into equation (1) ,we have
10x+2(-5x+3) =7
10x -10x+6 = 7
since we have +10x and -10x in the above equation they get cancelled
Hence there is no solution
Hence the system is inconsistent
