Start with g(x)

Replace x with x-6 to shift it 6 units to the right to get g(x-6)

Then subtract 7 from the whole thing to move it 7 units down to get g(x-6)-7

I can only answer this much because I do not know what the function g(x) is in this case. You haven't provided the graph or the function of it.
