98=6x-5
103=6x
i'm just not sure if i did it correctly

2x%2B%282%29%283%29%2B%282%29%282x%29%2B%282%29%281%29=98
2x+6+4x+2=98
6x+8=98
(6x+8)-8=98-8
6x=90
6x%2F6=90%2F6
x=15

the value of x=15
the height=(15+3)=18
the width=(2*15+1)=31
