You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Very easy to identify linear relationship. Change x up by 1, change in y is down by 1. If domain and range are as you show, then the function is a sequence.

For n going from 0 to 3, the function is the sequence highlight%28-1%2An%2B5%29.
If this were a continuous function, you would say y=-x%2B5 and 0%3C=x%3C=5
