Write down what you're adding something to, namely,

%282y%29%2F%28y%5E2-1%29

and then add to it what you're asked to add to it.  That is you write
+ %284y%29%2F%28y%5E2%2B6y%2B5%29 after it, so you have:

2y%2F%28y%5E2-1%29 + %284y%29%2F%28y%5E2%2B6y%2B5%29

Now you factor the denominators:

%282y%29%2F%28%28y-1%29%28y%2B1%29%29 + %284y%29%2F%28%28y%2B5%29%28y%2B1%29%29

The LCD must contain each factor as many times as
it occurs in any ONE denominator.  Each of those
factors %28y-1%29, %28y%2B1%29, and %28y%2B5%29
occurs no more than once in any ONE denominator,
so the LCD will contain them all just ONCE:

Now look at the first fraction you are to add.
