you can not ever simplify fractions inside of root signs. That will give you the wrong answer.

To rationalize multiply the top and bottom of the fraction by root%283%2C6x%29.
%28root%283%2C2%29%2Aroot%283%2C6x%29%29%2F6x
root%283%2C+12x%29%2F6x this is your answer.
