120/60=2 kg per day for 60 men
2/44=.04545 each man each day
90/30=3 kg per day for 30 men
3/x=.04545
x = 66.0066 days

The other tutor irks me at times.  He doesn't know anything 
about certain areas of mathematics, so when somebody posts
two problems and he can solve only one of them he deletes 
the one he cannot solve.

Your other problem was this:

When a certain integer is divided by 108 the remainder is 79.
What is the remainder when it is divided by 18?

Let the certain integer be N.  Then we use:

DIVIDEND = QUOTIENT×DIVISOR + REMAINDER

N = Q×108 + 79

N = 108Q + 79

Therefore when 108Q+79 is divided by 18,

Thus the remainder will always be 7.
