4x-10y=11
4x-4x-10y=-4x+11
-10y=-4x+11
-10y/-10=-4x/-10+11/-10
y=-4x/-10+11/-10
y=(2/5)x-11/10
re-written as:
f(x)=(2/5)x-11/10
or f(x)=2/5x-11/10
