Hi,
f(x)=2x^2+3x and g(x)= -2x+3, solve f(x)=g(x)
2x^2+3x = -2x + 3 *****
2x^2+5x -3 = 0
(2x -1)(x + 3) = 0
(2x -1)= 0, x = 1/2
(x + 3) = 0, x = -3

2 = 2
9 = 9
