Hi,
The length of a rectangle is 7 yards less than 3 times its width
perimeter is 66 yards

Let x represent the width, then length is (3x-7)
Question states******
66yds = 2(3x-7) + 2x
Solving for x
8x = 80
x = 10yds, the width and the length is 23yds
CHECKING our Answer***
46 + 20 = 66yds
