You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7%5E%28-5%29+=+1%2F7%5E5 = 1%2F16807 = 0.000059499
A number with a negative exponent means 1 over that same number but with a positive exponent.
Example:
6%5E%28-5%29+=+1%2F6%5E5
5%2F7%5E%28-8%29+=+5%287%5E8%29
9%5E4+=+1%2F9%5E%28-4%29
See how it works? If a number in the numerator has a negative exponent you can change it to a positive exponent by putting the number in the denominator.
In other words, you can always change the sign of the exponent on a number by putting it on the bottom if it's on top or putting it on top if it's on the bottom. Neat, huh?
