You can put this solution on YOUR website!
14*10=140
140-12=128
The un-mowed portion is very small. Are you sure you don't mean the mowed portion?
Or are your numbers wrong?
(14-x)*(10-x)=128
x^2-24x+140 = 128
x^2-24x+12 = 0
x = 0.51087 meters width of strip
14-0.51087=13.48913
10-0.51087=9.48913
