start with 1 and a common ratio of 2 and we get
1, 2, 4, 8 and the sum of the objects is 15
now there are 4! ways to arrange 1, 2, 4, 8 and
4! = 4*3*2*1 = 24 ways
this answer assumes that one is allowed to rearrange each distinct way into
1, 2, 4, 8
for example,
2, 1, 4, 8 is allowed to be arranged into 1, 2, 4, 8 for the common ratio 2
