Area = 7*13 = 91 sq. units.
Ratio of width to length: 7x:13x

New Rectangle:
Area = 1.15*91 = 104.65 sq units

Equation:
Assuming the dimensions are in the same ratio::
7x*13x = 104.65
91x^2 = 104.65
x^2 = 1.15
x = 1.0724

New dimensions::
width = 7x = 7.5067 units

length = 13x = 13.9412 units
