Describe and explain how you could use the graph of f (x) = 2^x to obtain a decimal approximation for (the square root of 2) .

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First plot the graph y = 2^x.
That is make a table showing the values of y for different values of x.
Consider x to be from 1,2,3,.....
Now we have the graph.
On that check the value of y against x = 1/2
That y value corresponding to x = 1/2 is the value for squqre root of 2
