You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The slope of a line passing through two points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) is given by:
m+=+%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29
In this problem:
m+=+%28-1-%28-1%29%29%2F%28-2-%28-9%29%29
m+=+%28-1%2B1%29%2F%28-2%2B9%29
m+=+0%2F7
m+=+0
The slope is 0 which means the line is horizontal.
