log(3x) - log 1.3 = 2.4
log(3x/1.3)=2.4
convert to exponential form: (base(10) raised to log of number(2.4)=number(3x/1.3))
2.4^10=3x/1.3
3x=1.3(2.4^10)
x≈2747.48
